Gift Vouchers are delivered by email 'e-voucher' and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Our Gift Vouchers have no additional processing fees. We can also send out a physical Gift Voucher to a UK address, you must request this in the 'Notes' section at checkout, otherwise you'll only be sent an e-voucher.
If you'd like a voucher for an amount that isn't listed (minimum £10) please send us a message and we can arrange this for you.
Please note that all vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Lost and stolen vouchers must be reported to us immediately, so that we can stop and reissue them. The date of expiry will remain the same date as per the original voucher.
