How much is it?
The cost of the Subscription Box is £14.95 plus shipping costs (currently £4.95) - the total cost is £19.90.
This is a saving of £6.02 compared to when purchasing 3 full priced gel polishes in a single transaction, which would be £25.92, including shipping costs.
What do I get?
3 gel polishes (worth £6.99 each) of your choice from our core range of 120 gels GEL POLISH COLLECTION - 4 OR MORE DISCOUNT – Claw Culture (Top and Base Coats - 8ml size - can also be selected) AND 3 swatch pop rings for you to paint and attach to the bottles AND 4 free, surprise goodies. Please note that the free products cannot be swapped for alternatives. They are usually samples of products available to purchase from our websites, e.g. files, glitters, acrylic powder and more. These vary each month but may repeat after a number of months.
How does it work?
Simply go to the Subscription Box section of our website Subscription box (UK only) – Claw Culture to sign up today. You'll need to add your name, address, telephone number, email address and bank card details. Let us know your 3 gel polish colours in the 'notes' section of the order. Just before your next Subscription Box is due, you will receive an automated email informing you that it's due. You can manage your Subscription Box using the link in the email; to amend, suspend or cancel it. Alternatively, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can help. We will also contact you each month either by email or text message to ask for your gel polish colour choices. If we don't hear from you within 7 calendar days of your Subscription Box being due, we will choose the colours for you. These will be the most popular, seasonal colours available at that time. Please note that once you have given us your colour choices, or we have selected them for you (either at your request, or because you have not replied) they cannot be swapped or refunded (except in circumstances as per our Refund Policy). We cannot be held responsible for duplicating colours (e.g. you may be sent a colour that you received several months earlier), or if you dislike our colour choices. We would strongly advise that you keep a record of the colours you hold in stock to avoid duplications. We are also happy to hold up to 4 months' worth of your colour choices (i.e. 12 colours) and we'll send 3 from the list each time your Subscription Box is due.
How often will I get a new Subscription Box?
Your Subscription Box will automatically renew every 30 days and your bank card (the one provided at the time of ordering your first box) will be debited accordingly. This means that you might receive two in the same month (the date does not remain static, as it's every 30 calendar days). Where you receive two boxes in the same month, e.g. on the 1st and then the 31st, we will ensure that your second box contains the free products for the following month. If you are really eager to build your Claw collection, you can set it to come to you every 10 days, or just drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll arrange this for you. Please note that where you choose the option to receive more than one Subscription Box per month, the free products will be duplicated for that month.
Payment Method & Delivery
Payment is by bank card, after you place your first order your card details will be stored securely on our system. If you change your bank card (e.g. due to expiry, lost / stolen) you will need to add your new bank card details to your subscription, otherwise your payment will fail. If, for any reason, e.g. insufficient funds, the payment fails after 3 attempts to collect the money, the system will automatically cancel your subscription.
Delivery will be by courier (refer to our Shipping Policy) to the shipping address that you nominate. If you move address, or wish to have the box delivered to another address, it is your responsibility to update the shipping address or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend your details. If you cannot accept delivery of your Subscription Box (e.g. on holiday), you can suspend your subscription, move the date or ask us to hold it until you return. You can either manage this via the link in your monthly emails or send us an email to email@example.com.
How long am I subscribed for?
There is NO CONTRACT and no time limit. You can cancel (or suspend) at any time by simply emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or you can manage your own subscription using the links in the automated emails. If you cancel your subscription and then wish to restart, just let us know, or you can set it up again as a brand new subscription.
Can I purchase more products to send out with my Subscription Box?
You can purchase extra goods and these can be added to your Subscription Box at no extra shipping cost. Just let us know what you'd like and we will create an order for you, email email@example.com. We will either call you to take payment, or you can pay through the bank, we will provide you with our bank details. The order will only be sent (along with the Subscription Box) once payment has been made in full for the additional goods. If you place an order directly on our website and it is for less than £40 you will be charged an additional shipping fee. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
