If you change your mind and wish to cancel your Order before it has been dispatched, we will do this free of charge and issue a full refund, including Shipping costs (where applied). This will be paid back to you via your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your Order after it has been dispatched you must, within 14 days of it being delivered to you, contact us to request a return.
To start a return, please send an email to: email@example.com, include your full name, Order number and a brief explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Please also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please allow 2 business days for us to review your return request before a refund or exchange is offered.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, you will need to return the item(s) in the same condition that you received it; unused, unworn and in the original, unopened packaging. You will be liable for retuning the Goods to us at your own expense and you must obtain proof of posting and use a tracked postage service to ensure it is received by us. We will not be liable for any Goods that you return and subsequently go missing. We will not issue any refunds on Goods that are not received by us. You do not need to give a reason for the return. After we have received the return, we will inspect the Goods, to ensure they have not been damaged, opened, or used, we will then issue a full refund excluding the original Shipping costs (the cost to us of Shipping the Goods to you). The refund will be issued back to the Customer via the original payment method. It can take 3-4 business days for refunds to reach your bank account.
Faulty & Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 6 months of the delivery date. In the first instance, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, include your full name, Order number and brief details of the fault or defect. Please also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We will repair or replace a faulty or defective item (within 6 months of the delivery date). The item must be returned to our Head Office for inspection. You will be liable for returning the item to us at your own expense and must obtain proof of posting and use a tracked postage service to ensure it is received by us. We will not be liable for any item that you return and subsequently goes missing. Once we have inspected the item and a fault or defect is found we will supply a replacement or offer a full refund for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. It can take 3-4 business days for refunds to reach your bank account.
